Our service is available Nationwide in the United States. Your computer must be running and connected to the Internet via a High Speed Connection (DSL, Cable). Your computer must be running either Windows XP, Windows 2000, or Windows Vista. You should have a minimum of 128MB RAM and at least 2MB of hard drive space. You should not use your computer while it is being serviced remotely. Please close all unnecessary programs (browsers, email, etc.) Other networked users should refrain from heavy Internet traffic (downloads, gaming) while service is being performed. Service may not be available immediately upon purchase. Your order should be addressed by our technician within 24 hours.All Service provided to you by Elite Pro Services is subject to our Customer Service Agreement. Payment for Tech Support is made in advance of services provided.
