• This Statement covers how Elite Pro Services treats personal information that Elite Pro Services collects and receives, including information related to your past use of Elite Pro Services products and services. Wee may create backups of your critical data utilizing industry standard practices in order to protect that data during the course of service. While we claim no liability for the loss of data, this practice helps in retaining your data in the event of a data loss situation. These backups are removed from our systems after completion of service. You can decline backups by notifying the technician prior to service.
• Your privacy, and your trust is important to us. We only view the files, documents, and/or directories necessary to provide service. We do not open or view personal documents, photos, email, or other files unless specifically requested by you.

Information Collection and Use

• Elite Pro Services collects personal information when you register with Elite Pro Services, when you use Elite Pro Services products or services, and when you visit Elite Pro Services pages or the pages of certain Elite Pro Services partners.
