Wee may create backups of your critical data utilizing industry standard practices in order to protect that data during the course of service. While we claim no liability for the loss of data, this practice helps in retaining your data in the event of a data loss situation. These backups are removed from our systems after completion of service. You can decline backups by notifying the technician prior to service.
